The U.S. Pan Asian American Southeast Foundation, Inc. (USPAASEF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2025 to help educate and develop small business owners is to help educate and develop small business owners (including Asian American Business Enterprises – AABEs) and those aspiring entrepreneurs to expand their capacity to participate in the U.S. economy which promotes job growth and well-being in our communities.

The USPAASEF fulfills its mission through educational programs that will:

• Educate and provide opportunities for small businesses to increase their business acumen.
• Increase small business access to mentoring opportunities with other large businesses and government entities.
• Provide training and development to small businesses to help their businesses expand their capabilities.
• Offer networking opportunities for small businesses to connect with corporate, government and non-profit orgs for business exposure.
• Provide scholarships and internships to qualified graduating high school seniors and college freshman who are focusing on enhancing their business and entrepreneurship acumen.
